Unlike client work, there was no stakeholder feedback loop or inherited brand direction.
Positioning, prioritization, and design tradeoffs were self-directed, the responsibility to define the problem sat entirely with me.

The resulting system had to function as a self-serve product rather than a custom client deliverable.
All design outputs were developed to be modular, reproducible, and adaptable by non-designers without additional support.
